Lakken
My friend Lakken was putting together a canvas for painting class and the lighting was just spot on. I decided to sit next to her and started taking photos from every angle. I really wanted to capture the soft lighting on her face.
August
I took this image in the photo lab. The project was to recreate an image we found online. I learned the importance of lighting, angles of the lighting, as well as the importance of backdrops.
Haley
Haley was actually one of my first clients. She really wanted pictures for her high school graduation. As we got many great photos, this is one of my favorites. If you know anything about Arkansas, you know how crazy the weather is. This day we got very lucky, it was about 70 degrees and the sun was out for a change.
Kaitlin
This image was pure luck. One night I stayed at my sister's place. We where going to bed, as always my sister was playing on her phone. She looked so invested and the colors were just popping, so of course I snapped a picture. While my sister was invested in her phone, that is not why her mouth was open, she has bad allergies so she is a mouth breather, Lol!
Grandma
On a beautiful windy day my grandma and I went to a hot air balloon festival. When we first got there my grandma and I seen these huge beautiful kites, so of course we had to stop and take pictures. Besides the kites, I love taking pictures of my grandma any chance I get because she is so beautiful.
Brooke
This last year my friend Brooke and I decided we need to be more active. One of the excursions we like to do is walk the farm road at Southern Arkansas University. On the farm road there are these spot lights, one night as we were passing a spotlight I couldn't help but want to take photos. Through all of the laughter we managed to get a few great images!
Hollie
To get away from the computer screen and all of the homework I have, my friend Hollie and I like to go down to the lake. Typically we don't make it until the sun is already starting to go down and if you like to take photos, you know that this is prime time to take photos. Even though she complains sometimes that she dosent have makeup on and insist that she isn't ready for photos, they always turn out great!
